Q. Who is entitled to get the delivery rebate?
Answer: Exclusive offer is special offer to our major customers: local customers (Malaysia) & customers from Singapore. Order amount should not less than RM300.
Q. How JM rebate the amount to customers?
Answer: JM appreciate your rating & feedback. Once customers joined our rating program, delivery charge will be refund via Online banking transfer / direct waive from order. (Rate before payment)
Q. What progress & information does JM needed from customers to join Rebate?
Answer: Get your voice heard. JM will verify your review once you rated at our website. System will notice us once you rated via Kudobuzz. JM Custcare normally check order (detect via email address) & deduct the shipping charge from the order.
[Rate before payment] JM will verify direct waive your shipping charge from your order payable. Then you only have to pay the nett payable after waived.
[Rate after payment] JM need your bank detail number to transfer your delivery charges (Amount paid). Email us bank details Admin@jm-wedding.com. JM will follow up your email accordingly. Normally within 24 hours.
Q. Any limited period to join this rebate program?
Answer: No limited time to join. As long as you have rate our website after you receive the parcel. Suggest not longer than 1 month to rate after receive date. It is easier for us to track your order details via system
Q. What courier services provided by this rebate program?
Answer: Check it out here. According to your location/shipping address ,
[For West Malaysia] Pgeon/ Citylink/Pos laju (Express Courier) Full Delivery Charge could be waived/rebated for your order.
[For East Malaysia/ Singapore] JM /Pos malaysia is no longer provide Pos by Sea option to our customers. You still get benefit from our rebate program. Once you joined rebate program JM will bare the Pos by Sea cost. You only have pay Top up charge for your parcel. Save more.
