Answer: Customers are easier to log in, track order status & provide us shipping address. You also buying from us by simple sign up.
Q. What's the minimum amount of order to use the voucher?
Answer: Minimum spend RM 120 to redeem the voucher. One time use only.
Q. Any Restriction? Can use on all products on JM-Wedding website?
Answer: Voucher is limited to use on our JM Wedding products order.
(Excluded amount order for Third parties products & services. Etc, Products- Beryls'Chocolate. Services-Design & Printing, Courier charge and so on. )
Q. is the member details provided secure protected?
Answer: Yes. Member details is secure protected & only review by JM Authorised employees. It will only for JM contact/shipping purpose or member email subscription.
Q. Sign up voucher does any expiry date? can use any time?
Answer: No worry. Sign up voucher don't have its expire date. You may use any time.
Q. If sign up, will receive newsletter from JM-Wedding?
Answer: Members may receive newsletter from JM-Wedding if customers clicked subcription when fill up member details. If you wish to end subcription, kindly inform us via email. We will remove your subcription from our group newsletter.
Q. Could I change the details Etc. Address/Contact number if after sign up?
Answer: Yes, you can. You may change your details or revise shipping address from the previous to another address. Anyway, Kindly remind you required to notice us the changes made. Our colleauge may printed out your previous shipping address.
