Steps:
1. You may inform us your event theme/prefer color theme/ other request with our Custcare (Email/Whatsapp/Live Chat) Custcare will remark your order design requests. If you have sample photo to draft, you may send to us to draft you the exact same/similar design.
2. Once confirmation with deposit, Our designer will draft for your request within 2-5 working days (Subject to vary depend on complexity)We will according to your request & submit to either Junior/Senior designer.
Drafts will send to you before proceed to print. Amendment could be made up to 4 times.(If amend incurred due to our designer mistakes/error, it would not be counted.)
3. Final artwork will be printed once confirmed with clients. Printing leading time (4-7 working days). If you need the favors box urgently, kindly check availability with us.

Design Artwork is limited based on website display. If request for other design, please provide editable AI file or request design (Charge may applied)
Material Printing material only advice at standard quality & request for other materials depend on availability.
If quality concern, please check the material name & finishing via website or visit store. JM do not provide printing sample.
Engrave/customize Only mock up/ artwork illustration provided. JM do not produce for sample or actual product photo. Final result products deemed as final & conclusive.
Color Discrepancy Color for illustration only. Due to devices reflect different color resolution display.
Color selection is fixed to general popular tone only. Advice CMYK code for best expect printing result
Urgency Please contact us to check availability to avoid dissapointment. Order processed once the confirmation payment made. If you are in rush, kindly state your event date/ expect receiving date at your order.
Due Care For Fragile items, Special due care required. Certain courier services/ Wooden rack is needed. Charges may incurred.
Fragile / Liquid Items might risk damage during delivery. Please order earlier to avoid any accident/last min happen. Kindly order more than your actual needed quantity especially ship to East Malaysia
Product Quality For the quality products might slightly different if from different batches. You may request for actual photo or sample purchase to ensure the products as per your expectation.
Pre Order For the pre order items, it may required to wait up to 21-27 working days production/ arrangement.

Estimate Delivery progress
Progress time is the time from when the order is placed to when it leaves our warehouse. Longer progress time if combine many product types in one order. These are varies by products.
