Sand
Seashell Tea Light Candles

Ribbon
Scissor
Instructions
- Pour sand into the pail
- Add one tea light candle to the top
- Cut ribbon into 14" lengths
- Tie a knot around the pail\'s handle
- Pull favor gift tag through ribbon
- Finish off with a bow
