Q1: Does JM Wedding have a shop?
Yes, JM Wedding has a warehouse at Seri Kembangan. Available for self collect with booking only. FOR E-commerce and phone order only thank you!
Q2: Can I view the product before placing an order?
You are welcome to order sample to view the product quality. Sample cost & Courier delivery small parcel starts from RM5. (item price + min RM5) Please refer to contact details at “JM- Contact us”.
Q3: Can I buy directly from shop and save on the delivery charges?
Yes, need order first and let warehouse prepare before self collect. Kindly suggest you to make an appointment before you going down to our warehouse. Please refer to contact details at “JM- Contact us”.
Q4: Should I worried about JM Products when online purchase?
For online purchase, be assured that all our products will be up to your expectations as we tried our best to capture every angle of the actual products in very detailed photos. Every product will be explained in details for its size, colors, dimensions, usage as much as possible under the item description. Easy Chinese Traditional Custom Guides are also provided to help you in understanding the steps required for each procedure and selecting the right product from the wide variety of choices.

Request Received: This email informs you that JM Custcare has received your requests and will process it as soon as possible.
Request Approved: This email confirms JM Custcare has approved your request and JM Custcare will contact you soon & inform you details and assistance.
Order Received: This email informs you that JM Custcare has received your orders and will process it as soon as possible.
Order Confirmed: This email confirms JM Custcare has processed your order.
Order Shipped: This email confirms that JM Custcare has delivered/shipped the order to your shipping address.
Q7: What to do if I want to exchange color, size or pattern, OR received defective or incorrect item? / Can I return an item after it is delivered to me?
All our products (except edible items & special order items included wedding favor) are exchangeable and returnable (even if you just do not like it – Return is ONLY applicable for ONLINE purchase) within 7 days of receiving goods. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
Q8: Why JM Wedding able to provide affordable price or even cheaper?
First of all, JM Wedding focuses operating online business without longer operation hours for our showroom. Therefore, we always are putting effort in market research and price comparison carefully. In compensating our customer for the hassle of purchasing a product without a full operation showroom, we try our best to set all items at the cheapest price as possible. Most of JM products may are the products which made in China and in standard quality. We will ensure all of our products are 100% brand new and in good condition.
Q9: How can I ensure the product send to me will be in good condition?
JM Wedding concern about every customer to be satisfied after purchased JM products. We will ensure all of our products are brand new. We check every single item before we ship out to make sure that it is up to expectations. You may find some of the items are opened before when you receive it but it is mainly for quality check procedure or to packaging safely. Besides, JM Wedding guarantee 100% customer satisfaction by allowing goods exchange/return (Return is ONLY applicable for ONLINE purchase) within 7 days after it is received.
Kindly advise buyers to check the items thoroughly upon receiving it and report for any exchange/return within 7 days.

Q11: How secure is shopping with JM-Wedding.com?
We are currently using the online payment gateway solutions provided by www.PayPal.com. It is the certified online payment gateway solutions company in USA.
When sensitive credit card details are passed through our website, the information will be automatically be encrypted using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level encryption commercially available).
Please note that JM Wedding.com does not store any credit card information during an online credit card payment.
Q12: What kind of delivery options does JM Wedding offer?
A variety of delivery options as below:
METHOD 1: Cash & Carry – no additional charge, items ordered can be collected from showroom directly.
METHOD 2: Home Area Delivery (available for KL/Seri Kembangan area) – Different area are based on different delivery charges. It is available for rental items (eg, rental basket) and special designed for order purchases above MYR300.
METHOD 3: Local Mail (City-Link Express/ Skynet) - For small size products or bulky quantity products. However, fragile item such as tea set is not encouraged to be sent by mail. Please Click here to view our delivery charges.
METHOD 4: International Delivery – postage rates according to Skynet (main shipping agent) or other courier (if requested), postage estimation will be done before order is processed. Minimum purchase of MYR100 is required. Any international order below than MYR100, JM Wedding reserves the right to reject the international order.
*International order may impose Duty Charge by their local government courier. It is varied depends on different countries.

Q13: What is shipping weight?
Shipping weight is the weight of the product and approximate weight of packaging material added together.
Q14: What is volumetric weight?
Volumetric weight is being charged when the space of the package takes up in a vehicle cost more than the package's actual weight. This is usually the case when a very light package is shipped in a large carton.
Volumetric weight (in kilograms) = Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm) / 5000
Q15: What is MYR?
MYR stands for Malaysian Ringgit and also known as RM - Ringgit Malaysia.
Q16: I have signed up to JM Wedding but cannot login with my password. Why?
One of the possible reasons is that your account is not verified. An email with verification link had been sent to your registered email address for verification, please click on the verification link to activate your account.

Q17: I have a user account with JM Wedding but forgot my password, what should I do?
It is easy, go to My Account page and click on the Forgot password link. You will be prompted with a window and please enter your email address (it must be the same email address you registered with us. The password will be sent automatically to the registered email address.
Q18: I have a user account with JM Wedding, how do I change my personal info and shipping address?
Go to My Account page, login and you can modify your account details there.
Q19: Can I buy from JM Wedding without creating an account?
Yes, you can. Simply checkouts as a guest after you have done your shopping with us. All your personal and address information will not be kept in our customer database but only attached to order details. However once you have created an account with us, it will be easier for you to shop with us next time. Just use your login (your email address) and password next time you shop with us. All your personal and address information will be automatically retrieved from your account.
Q20: I can't find a particular product/item I want from JM Wedding online store, what can I do?

Q21: Do I have to pay any import duties, taxes and brokerage fees for International order?
JM Wedding is not responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with the shipment shipped outside of Malaysia. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Q22: I wish to purchase wedding favors in large quantity. Do you have stock? If not, how long will it take for the stocks to arrive?
We do keep inventory for our wedding favors. However, they were sold in large quantity on every order. There are possibilities that we do not have sufficient stock for your large order. To order from the manufacturer, it might take up to 21-27 working days, so please order in advance. You may contact us to check on the availability.
