Payment Method

1. Online Credit Card Payment (Applicable for online purchase ONLY)

Our credit card payment gateway is PayPal in Malaysia Dollars. It is not required to sign up for an PayPal account, what you need to do is just proceed to check out with your credit card details. This payment method is applicable for both local and international customer.

PayPal will change for 4.4% Transaction charge. (Update rates: Apr 2016. )

2. Bank Funds Transfer (Applicable for online purchase only)

You can also make payment via direct bank transfer. Please select the payment option "Direct Bank Transfer" upon checkout.

For Payment via Hong Leong Bank (Company bank acc only)  funds transfer, Please transfer your payment via either Internet Banking or ATM machine to us.

After we have received your payment, your order will be processed accordingly

Notification after payment

Kindly proceed to payment within 3 Days after order submitted.

If you are using Online Banking / Cash Deposit / ATM Transfer /GIRO Interbank Transfer / International Remittance, do NOTIFY us after payment made (Order No, Bank, and Amount) via Email, call or Whatsapps/sms .

Your order will be sending out on the same day if Payment is Confirmed before 12pm,
otherwise will send out on the next working day (Except for Advance Order items).

Please send JM Custcare a brief email/ Whatsapp (English/ Malay/ Chinese) which included following detail:

• Title (eg. Payment Notification)
• Bank Transaction reference no. (if do have)
• Bank in date
• Online Order no. (eg, xxx)
• Amount of bank in
• Cheque Reference no. (if payment by cheque)

 (Alternatively Bank Slip / Online Banking print screen is accepted. ) 

Please note that we will only process the order after the cheque is cleared or cash is deposited.

P/S: Kindly Inform us to Hold your Order if you want to add order Or unable to make
payment within 3 Days, Otherwise system will not reserve your orders.

  Important Notice:  

i.     You will need to pay for the delivery fees to JM Wedding in the event that order is canceled due to whatsoever reason after the order is shipped to the delivery address. 

ii.    If the order canceled due to the item defective, it should be considered as return where delivery fees are non-refundable. In this instance, you are advisable to request for exchange instead of return so that we will replace the item for you at no additional delivery cost. Please refer to Return and Exchange policy below for more detailed information.

iii. Online Minimum Purchase

There will be no minimum purchase is required for local (Malaysia) order.

However,  for international order, JM Wedding reserves the right in rejecting any international order that is less than RM100.
