In order to have Customers satisfaction, we offer our customer may simply return it for exchange or refund. You can return your purchase for up to 48 hours from the date of item is received (Only applicable for online purchase excluded retail and other platform).

What’s the problem you are facing to return or exchange or refund JM Wedding Products?

***The Exchange, Return and Refund policy is only applicable for customers located in Malaysia, with the exception of Sabah and Sarawak, as well as other countries.

***If you are located in Sabah, Sarawak, or other countries, please be advised that additional insurance must be purchased for coverage in case of parcel damage or missing items during shipping.

***Refund policy ensures that we can only process refunds for the price of the product that was originally paid. However, we do not assume responsibility for any additional charges that may accompany returning the item, such as postage or shipping charges.

***Any Deposit or Full Payment is Not Refundable due to cancellation order by Customer.

***The product under Non-returnable items (include customized items, printing, invitation card and pre-order items) is not applicable to refund and exchange.

*** Parcel return must be in original packaging and packaging properly/ Safety for delivery purpose.

*** Kindly remind exchange items is needed 2-4 weeks working process.

If you are urgent, you required to inform our JM customer services to check availability.

We are strictly not entertaining any unreasonable or impossible urgent request under our JM “exchange type” or Refund

Kindly remind customers may slightly order extra for your guests in case any additional guest & damage or incident event happen to customers as the process to exchange or refund is needed 2-4 weeks working process. We hope our customers are able to manage their wedding or event perfectly.
