Customers Pre Order

Greeting! JM do provide Pre-order products. It  is applicable for wedding favors and product(s) which under Quantity Discount to have more savings. However, Pre-order is NOT Available to offer lower price for product(s) which under JM Clearance/ Promotion Event Discounts

Pre Order Details

1. JM do offering products under Pre-Order & Personalize order. Some of product posted in our website is on Pre-Order and it may not ready stock. This service is offering more discounts to our valuable customers. Pre-order products is needed a longer period to order.

2. Pre-Order item(s) would takes approximately 21 working days (For West Malaysia order) OR 30 working days (For East Malaysia/Foreign country) from the closing date of each pre-order to you. ( Working days means excluded weekend & Malaysia public holiday)  Urgent order should not elect pre-order basis.

3. The availability of item(s) can only be confirmed upon arrival. No cancellation is allowed unless the item(s) is/are cease of production; a full refund will be credited to your bank account or paypal account depends on your payment method made.

4. We will do the checking on the Pre-order item(s) before the product(s) send to our valuable customers. It helps to minimize damage & defective product(s) from batches of products. We wdo ensure the parcel is packaged properly to reduce the risk of damages will be happen in the delivery progress. However, we could not guarantee that it will be 100% secured protection from deliver damages. We suggest the fragile product(s) to be collected at our JM Showroom.

5. Goods sold are not refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. (Unless it is wrong item from what you have ordered).

6. We shall not be liable for any losses, damages which incurred by courier services/or in the progress of delivery. However, we will try to assist if there is any delay on courier service. & we will do our best for you to ensure the product is/are pack properly before send to Courier Company.
