1. Do you able to shipping to my destination?

We accept for worldwide shipping. Pos Malaysia National Courier wil be selected for international order. It will be transfer to your local government courier to ship to your address.

2. How to order & check the shipping fee? Leading time will be?

Please enquiry us before placing any order to confirm the item availability and estimate for the shipping charge.

We will estimate the parcel (based on volumetric weight or actual weight). We will calculate the shipping charge for you to proceed the order.

3. Are duties, taxes and brokerage fees included?

Your order total does not include, nor is JM-Wedding responsible for the payment of any duties (customs tariffs), taxes and brokerage fees associated with the shipment; these costs are the sole responsibility of the customers.

4. What items are restricted by import regulations?

Live botanicals, food products, perishable items and hazardous materials among others are restricted by export regulations. These may be country specific. All sparklers and matches are restricted from export outside .

5. How to proceed payment? & any transaction charges?

We accept international order payment via PayPal. Transaction charge in currency(MYR / Ringgit Malaysia) & PayPal transaction charged incurred.  5% of transaction charges may be imposed from the total amount: (item cost + shipping fee).

6. How many day in advance should order from JM?

For Order outside Malaysia, please allow additional days due to clearance of Custom of Country's origin & destination which is beyond our control. For custom made and personalized items which are made to order, longer time are needed and we would like to advice that you place such order items at least 21-27 working days before your event (Excluded relevant delivery time) .
