Q. Why JM encourage customers to get early bird discount? 
Answer: Well plan for your event. JM encourage customers to plan their wedding and event earlier. Avoid last min anxiety & get the best for you.

Q. Who entitled to get Early Bird discount?
Answer: If your event date still early from now, then you're entitled. You may place order prior 4 mths from your event date. There are Early bird discount option. Just click the relevant button then your order will be discounted.

Q. How to calculate the relevant month for early bird? 

Answer: Simple count! Example, your order event on July 2024. Now is Apr 2024. Then you are entitled for prior 4 mths ( APR - MAY - JUN - JUL)

Q. What if my event is 4 months later than now, but i need to be ship soon as i need the items before my event date?

Answer: We are not surprise customers request so. We understands you may re-package the favors or simple assemble required( Etc: Paper boxes which are flat shipping) or any other reasons. Kindly estimate the delivery date as your event date. We will accordingly to your request delivery date to arrange on itime.

Q. I wish to place order with early bird discount. Do I have to pay full amount now?

Answer: Not neccessary. =) We accept at least 50% Deposit for the Early bird order to confirm the order.

Q. If I pay 50% deposit now, when do I need to pay the balance?

Answer: As you have paid the deposit to confirm the order, we will request the remaining balance(50%) once the items are ready to ship.
