Due to the fact that the system is unable to derive the delivery cost correctly for rental item based on different area different charges, JM Wedding reserves the right to correct the delivery charge after you have placed the order online. We will contact you again once we have updated the order. Rental date for rental item is duration for one month after you collected from JM Wedding. Rental item shall be returned in good conditions within 7 days after the end of rental date. Additional charges shall be applied for late returns. The penalty may be varied based on the products’ rental fee which refers to the rental items’ description. Rental Service is only applicable for Home area Delivery in Kuala Lumpur/Seri Kembangan area and self-collection from JM wedding showroom. Therefore, any other area request for rental service, JM Wedding reserves the right to reject the rental item(s) from the order without any notice. Home area delivery for rental item(s) has to additional charge even though the total purchases plus rental fee is over RM250. All rental baskets have to be picked up from our showroom is Free Of Charge (FOC). For rental service, the product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging (including rental invoice) must be in place for refund back the deposit to be issued. Without JM rental invoice, JM Wedding reserves the right to refund or not refund your deposit even though you returned the product(s) in good condition. Upon date of confirmation, the rental service cannot be changed or cancelled by the customer unless otherwise agreed and all deposit and further deposit (if any) maybe forfeited without prejudice to damages or losses of JM Wedding. The rental services may be cancelled if you immediate inform JM Custcare (via email/ sms /call) to cancel the order within 24 hours upon the confirmed online purchases.

After collected your details & information, JM Custcare verify your cancellation request within 72 hours. JM Custcare will contact you when your request is approved then fully refund the rental fee to you.
